We appreciate every genuine effort made, and at the same time we want to protect the Activy community from abuse. Therefore, some restrictions are necessary.
Activities that are not imported:
- Performed before the moment of linking the accounts
- Written manually without using GPS or uploaded from .GPX file
- Edited manually (e.g. changing distance or type of activity)
Nobody would like one player to suddenly synchronize activities from many days and suddenly appear high in the rankings. It spoils the fun.
Such activities would be difficult to verify and would open the door to having fun against the rules of fair play. This does not apply to disciplines in the "exercise" category.
Unfortunately, connected applications do not provide such information to Activy in an appropriate way. If you want to remove the wrong activity, you can do it in the Activy application. If you need to edit it, write to us at contact@activy.pl
Do not disconnect accounts if activities do not appear
Activities sync automatically. It lasts from a few seconds to an hour and there is no rule for it. Therefore, if the activity does not appear immediately, do not disconnect your account and just wait. By disconnecting accounts, you risk losing the synchronization of this activity.
But what if synchronization doesn't work for a long time?
However, if your route has not been imported, check in the connected app that the connection to Activy is still active. You will find such information in the appropriate settings.
