If you want to save a stationary bike or treadmill at the gym, but those devices don't connect to the apps, you can add it manually. Enter the distance and add a photo of the counter to the activity to confirm the activity:
- Add the treadmill manually in the "Foot" category
- Add a stationary bike manually in the "Wheels" category
If your challenge's "treadmill" and "indoor bike" manually added are not scored, and you can earn points for exercise, add this activity as "Cardio" or Other - you will get points for exercise minutes.
- If you have a connected Garmin, Polar or Strava and the activity has been saved there, it will be sent to Activy. However, if there are no kilometers in it, it will not be scored. Then manually add the activity to the Activy application, as described above.
How to save smart trainers and treadmills?
If you have a smart trainer, treadmill or use the Zwift application and you have them connected to Garmin, Polar or Strava, the activities along with the distance covered will be sent to Activy and you will receive points for them in the appropriate categories.
